Baseload Capital needed someone who truly understood both communication and geothermal, someone who could translate a highly technical industry into content people actually want to read. I support their marketing team with everything LinkedIn and YouTube, content strategy, and communication to increase their reach among key industry players, partners, and investors.
I also manage the personal branding and LinkedIn content for their CEO, Alexander Helling.
In practice, I work as an extended part of their marketing team, close enough to feel like a colleague, flexible enough to move fast.
My ongoing work for Baseload Capital includes:
• Managing the entire LinkedIn presence for the company
• Developing topics and angles tied to geothermal, energy, and investment trends
• Creating visuals, videos, and YouTube Shorts
• Supporting their daughter companies (Baseload Power) with text and content
• Handling comment strategy and community management
• Running and publishing YouTube and YouTube Shorts content
The goal is clear: make Baseload Capital one of the most visible thought leaders in the geothermal energy space.
I work very closely with their internal team - daily communication, shared workflows, aligned KPIs. It’s a collaboration where I function like an in-house content manager, just with the freedom and speed of an external partner.
We refine strategy together, adjust content calendars in real-time, and ensure all communication supports long-term goals around awareness, credibility, and industry relations.
• Geothermal and renewable energy communication
• Increasing reach, impressions and engagement among industry decision-makers
• Making complex technology accessible through clear, digestible content
• Strengthening the brand story across LinkedIn and YouTube
• Gained 2,000 new followers on LinkedIn during the first 6 months
• Increased YouTube reach and impressions by 100% after introducing Shorts
• Improved internal workflows, content processes, and overall communication quality

As the collaboration grew and our results strengthened, I also took on the responsibility of managing CEO Alexander Helling’s presence on LinkedIn.
This includes shaping his thought-leadership positioning, creating his content, and ensuring his voice becomes central in industry conversations about investments, partnerships, and the future of geothermal.
A natural extension of the main Baseload work — helping both the company and its CEO grow their influence.
Strengthened both corporate and CEO-level visibility in the geothermal industry
